Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to follow your package’s progress.

Refund & Return Policy

Hygiene Regulations: Due to the intimate nature of adult wellness products and strict health and hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on opened or used items.
Defective or Damaged Items: If an item arrives defective or damaged, it must be reported to us at admin@friskybusiness.co.za within 7 days of delivery to qualify for a replacement. Please contact us with your order number and proof of the defect (such as a description or photo) so we can arrange your replacement quickly.
